Self-Catering Studios at Petherton Cottage

From £45 per person per night based on 2 people sharing a studio.

Optional Continental Breakfast Hampers – subject to availability @ £12.50 per guest, £7.50 per child aged 3-5 years. Please note that we are unable to supply breakfast items for infants.

Longer term self catering lets:

Monday pm to Friday am 4 night winter let, either 5 or 6 months agreements available in self contained double studios for single occupancy at special rates of £200 per week including utilities – start date October or November 2026 to end of March 2027.
2 first floor Studios currently available.

Would also suit a local company requiring regular weekly accommodation for colleagues at a very reasonable inclusive cost of £200 per week for the 4 nights. An agreement is available for 6 months from October 2026 or 5 months from November 2026.
Extra charge for cleaning only if there’s a changeover of personnel during the same week.

Terms and Conditions for Self Catering lets

A credit/debit card is required to confirm booking, payment will be taken from the registered card 3 days before the day of arrival. We reserve the right to pre-authorise the total amount.
Extra guests will not be permitted to stay without prior consent, fees apply.
Pets are not accepted – our friendly cat, Dolly, is in residence but is not permitted to visit the Studios!
Lost property will be returned on receipt of a prepaid return label plus minimum £5 will be charged to registered card for admin, packaging etc. Extra charge may apply to large parcels.

Cancellation Policy for Self Catering Lets

If the booking is cancelled or modified more than 3 days before the day of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled or modified later, or in the event of a no show or reduction after arrival, the total price of the booking will be charged.

The total price will be charged if reservation is made between 1 and 3 days prior to arrival day.

Guests are advised to have travel insurance.
